Anyone appearing in photos taken by Tuerta Photography, whether a client or incidental subject, may withdraw consent for a photograph in which they appear to be displayed. The process for this is to contact Tuerta Photography by sending an email to info@tuerta.com specifying the photo in question. Tuerta Photography will then remove the photo from the website.
Access by Children
Tuerta Photography does not design any part of its website to attract anyone under the age of 18. This website contains a gallery containing adult photographs of sexual nature and is intended only for viewing by consenting adults. Tuerta Photography will not knowingly contact children under the age of 18 without a parent’s permission and will not knowingly ask a child under the age of 18 for any personal information.
